A Healthy Me
During my annual physical checkup, it turned out that I am overweight and my laboratory results for Cholesterol & Triglycerides are above normal. My doctor advised me to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle…this includes consuming healthy foods, a balanced diet regime, regular exercise and get sufficient amount of rest each day. Also I asked my doctor if I could take weight loss pills to help me speed up my weight loss. Well my doctor said that I can do that, but it must not be on a regular basis, since it can disrupt my cholesterol levels.
Finding the best weight loss pills will be very hard as advised by my doctor since he must also consider other factors before he can prescribe me with the right weight pill. Since I have high cholesterol & triglycerides this is the main factors to consider on finding the right pill for me. He asked me to come back to him by next week, and my first priority was to have a regular exercise regime. He also referred me to a Dietician so that I can have a list of foods to eat.
Targeting my ideal weight will be very hard but I’ll definitely do my best to achieve it. Coz, I am not just doing this for myself but also for my family.
